Winter Solstice Jar Candle

Our Winter Solstice blend is our take on an enchanted Christmas forest.

A delicate, natural blend of wood and resinous essential oils, mixed with fresh Fir Needle and sweetened with Benzoin.

• Fir Needle is best known for being the world’s favourite Christmas tree. Fir needle essential oil has powerful antibacterial abilities, able to clean homes and fight infections all year round. Fir needle is also considered a healing oil, able to speed up recovery and its refreshing scent can help improve cough symptoms.

• Cedarwood essential oil is known for its warm, woodsy scent that many find comforting and grounding. Extracted from the tree's wood, it carries the essence of the forest with it, offering a natural, earthy aroma.

• Frankincense is a warming, grounding essential oil used all year round for it's a deeply relaxing properties. Frankincense promotes meditation and mindfulness as well as reduing stress during the busiest season.

• Myrrh is commonly used in incense and perfume due to its woody, earthy aroma. It's a grounding oil which can help to mellow the emotions; its often used during spiritual practices and meditation.

• Benzoin has a sweet, vanilla like scent to add a hint of warmth to the blend. Benzoin essential oil is also a natural decongestant and can help open up airways and allow easier breathing in the face of cold and flu symptoms.

We use a natural soy wax, giving a non-toxic and pollutant-free clean burn.
