Are your products vegan friendly?

All of our products are vegan friendly. We work hard to source vegan materials, oils and packaging. 

 

Do you test on animals?

We do not condone the use of testing on animals. Our products are not and never will be tested on animals.

 

Are your products all natural and sustainable?

We ensure all of our products are natural and only use pure essential oils, soy wax, eco cotton wicks and all products are then poured into recyclable glass packaging or biodegradable wax melt packets.
We use as little plastic as possible and try to reuse packaging whenever we can.
We do not use any synthetic fragrances, additives or dyes.

 

Are these products safe to use if you’re pregnant or breastfeeding?

Apart from our Everyday Pulse Points Rollerballs* all of our products have been blended following Aromatherapy for Pregnancy guidelines with pure, safe essential oils.
Our products are diluted to a safe level for each stage of pregnancy and beyond, and our topical pregnancy pulse point rollerballs have been tested and certified as safe to use during pregnancy – also suitable for ages 6 years+.
However if you have any medical conditions during / after pregnancy it is advised to check with your health care professional first before using essential oils.

*Our Everyday Pulse Points Rollerballs are blended with exactly the same ingredients as our Pregnancy Pulse Point Rollerballs but are prepared at a stronger dilution rate so are only recommended for adults (16 years+) who are not expecting. If you think you may be pregnant, are in the postpartum stage or have sensitive skin please order our Pregnancy Safe Certified Rollerballs which are more gentle on the skin.

 

Do your products contain any Allergens?

Our products contain natural allergens occurring within the pure essential oils, we also work with several nut oils. Please see our Allergens list for a full breakdown of each product / blend. This information will also be on the label of your product.

 

Do your products have a use by date?

Our products are all natural therefore overtime the colour, consistency and strength of the blend may vary. We recommend using within 12/18 months and storing away from direct sunlight.

 

How much is postage and packaging?

Postage is with Royal Mail and charged at £3.95 for tracked 48 and £4.99 tracked 24 within the UK. This covers all orders up to 2Kg in weight

Orders in excess of 2Kg in weight will be charged at £6.45

Orders in excess of 10Kg in weight will be charged at £11.85

Free postage by tracked 48 applies for orders over £50 in the UK

Postage to Europe (excluding UK) is charged at £15.00

 

How long does it take to process my order?

All of our products are hand-poured and made to order. We will process and send out items for delivery within 5 working days

 

How long will my order take to arrive?

Our products are sent out via Royal Mail, if 1st class is selected they will normally be with you the next working day from dispatch, however Royal Mail do not guarantee that. Second class postage aims to reach you within 2-3 working days

 

Can I return/exchange my order?

We really hope you love our products, however if you are unhappy with your order and would like to return it, you can contact us via email within 14 days to arrange a refund or replacement: hello@takefivearomatherapy.co.uk

 

What payment options do you have?

We accept all major debit and credit cards and PayPal

 

Do you offer a discount for wholesale orders?
