• Frankincense is a deeply relaxing essential oil, great for balancing emotions and releasing fear. This makes it an ideal fragrance during birth and transitioning in labour.
• Rose Geranium is a fabulous oil for pregnancy relaxation. With it’s sweet and calming yet uplifting aroma, this essential oil can help deepen and relax breathing to really get you into a peaceful headspace.
• Lavender oil reduces tension and anxiety while creating a calm and relaxed atmosphere. Also known as a natural pain reliever and healer, Lavender can be a great support during hypnobirthing, pregnancy and labour.

We’ve carefully designed our bump friendly citrus rollerball to help ease those waves of morning (or all day!) sickness while boosting energy levels and mood.
We suggest rolling the oils onto your pulse points as often as required.
• Grapefruit can help to lift your spirit, balance hormones and regulate the digestive system.
• Lemon reduces nausea, calms an upset tummy and tackles stress and fatigue.
• Neroli oil is an uplifting fragrance, great at reducing nausea, anxiety and apprehension.
• Peppermint can also help to reduce nausea, calms an upset tummy and is full of energy boosting goodness.

3.Final Stage Clary Sage:
Our Clary Sage aromatherapy rollerball is the perfect support to bring into your birthing environment as a natural labour aid.
It’s heady fragrance deeply relaxes and balances the mind while easing labour along and empowering you when you need support most.
Use from full term pregnancy (37+weeks) or once in early labour is advised due to the fact that Clary Sage essential oil can help to gently strengthen the uterine muscles and enhance surges.
