• Acupressure comb:

Made from natural and sustainable Peach Wood, these combs are an ideal tool to ease and control pain management.

How to use: gently squeeze the comb teeth into the ‘Laogong’ acupressure point on the palm of your hand.

The pressure from the comb will act as a welcome distraction from pain or discomfort elsewhere on the body, as well as distracting your mind from any anxious thoughts and feelings.
Swap between hands regularly and ensure only gentle pressure is used to avoid causing any injury to the palm of your hand.

• Raspberry leaf tea has been traditionally used to help ease your baby's entrance into the world, and has been linked to a shorter second stage of labour.  

• We have blended organic raspberry leaves with organic whole peppermint to create a deliciously sweet and refreshing cuppa.

• Start drinking 1 cup at 32 weeks, gradually increasing up to 3 cups a day until your baby arrives.

• The soothing properties of whole peppermint leaves can help to ease heartburn, and aid digestion.  They also make the tea delicious - on its own, raspberry leaf is extremely bitter and hard to drink.
