Use from full term pregnancy (37+weeks) or once in early labour is advised due to the fact that Clary Sage essential oil can help to gently strengthen the uterine muscles and enhance surges. 

We suggest spritzing the mist onto a pillow or cushion at around 30cm away, or spray a couple of bursts directly into the atmosphere around you.
