Final Stage Clary Sage Bath Salts & Foot Soak

Our Clary Sage aromatherapy bath oil is the perfect support aid to use during early labour.
It’s heady fragrance deeply relaxes and balances the mind while easing labour along and empowering you when you need support most.Use from full term pregnancy (37+weeks) or once in early labour is advised due to the fact that Clary Sage essential oil can help to gently strengthen the uterine muscles and enhance surges. 

Dissolve a heaped handful into your bath and allow to melt into the warm water. Lay back, soak and relax through those early surges and tightenings.

A nice, relaxing bath may not always be possible so a foot soak can be a great alternative; they can soothe sore feet and improve foot health.
Fill a foot basin with warm water, add 1 tablespoon of our bath salts and swirl the water to mix.
Soak feet for 15-20 minutes or until the water becomes tepid.
Dry feet well and follow up with foot moisturizer.

*Take extra care when leaving the bath as this product may leave the bath slippery.
