Our Clary Sage aromatherapy rollerball is the perfect support to bring into your birthing environment as a natural labour aid.

We suggest rolling the oil onto your pulse points, tummy, lower back and rub into the wrists while inhaling the scent deeply
Use from full term pregnancy (37+weeks) or once in early labour is advised due to the fact that Clary Sage essential oil can help to gently strengthen the uterine muscles and enhance surges.

Our Clary Sage bath oil can also be used to support early labour and the final stages of pregnancy (atleast 37+ weeks). Add one or two tablespoon’s of bath oil to warm running water, lay back, soak and relax through those early surges and tightenings.

Acupressure comb:

Made from natural and sustainable Peach Wood, these combs are an ideal tool to ease and control pain management.

How to use: gently squeeze the comb teeth into the ‘Laogong’ acupressure point on the palm of your hand.

The pressure from the comb will act as a welcome distraction from pain or discomfort elsewhere on the body, as well as distracting your mind from any anxious thoughts and feelings.

Swap between hands regularly and ensure only gentle pressure is used to avoid causing any injury to the palm of your hand.
