We’ve designed our sleep promoting Deep Sleep blend to melt away stress and calm a busy mind while creating an aromatherapy blanket of relaxation in your sleep space. Our blend can support insomnia, restless minds and light sleepers / difficulty falling asleep and drifting back off after night wakes.
• Lavenders soothing properties work to relax the muscles while washing away busy thoughts and restlessness, letting your body and mind switch off after a busy day.
• Chamomile is a fabulous sleep aid, calming anxiety and insomnia to clear your mind ready for the night ahead.

We suggest spritzing the mist onto a pillow or cushion at around 30cm away, or spray a couple of bursts directly into the atmosphere around you. Use regularly to build a strong sleep scent anchor.

We suggest rolling the Deep Sleep rollerball onto your pulse points, rub into the wrists and inhale the scent deeply as the last thing you do before your head hits the pillow. It can be used again as required during the night to anchor you back into a deeper, peaceful sleep.
