We suggest spritzing the mist onto a pillow or cushion at around 30cm away, or spray a couple of bursts directly into the atmosphere around you. Use regularly to build a strong sleep scent anchor.

We suggest rolling the Deep Sleep rollerball onto your pulse points, rub into the wrists and inhale the scent deeply as the last thing you do before your head hits the pillow. It can be used again as required during the night to anchor you back into a deeper, peaceful sleep.
