Sometimes we just need a gentle nudge to relax…
Whether used during hypnobirthing practice, pregnancy relaxation or simply to find a moment of calm, pour a handful of our Calming Anchor aromatherapy bath salts into the tub and soak up a calming and nurturing atmosphere:
• Frankincense is a deeply relaxing essential oil, great for balancing emotions and releasing fear. This also makes it an ideal fragrance if used birth and transitioning in labour.
• Rose Geranium is a fabulous oil for relaxation. With it’s sweet and calming yet uplifting aroma, this essential oil can help deepen and relax breathing to really get you into a peaceful headspace.
• Lavender oil reduces tension and anxiety while creating a calm and relaxed atmosphere. Also known as a natural pain reliever and healer, Lavender can be a great support during moments of tension.
Dissolve a heaped handful into your bath and allow to melt into the warm water. Lay back, soak and relax.
A nice, relaxing bath may not always be possible so a foot soak can be a great alternative; they can soothe sore feet and improve foot health.
Fill a foot basin with warm water, add 1 tablespoon of our bath salts and swirl the water to mix.
Soak feet for 15-20 minutes or until the water becomes tepid.
Dry feet well and follow up with foot moisturizer.
*Take extra care when leaving the bath as this product may leave the bath slippery.
