Breathe Easy is a menthol and citrus blend aimed at naturally clearing the airways to help combat colds and congestion.
It works well for pregnancy congestion which can be a common symptom, as well as soothing coughs, colds and hay fever irritation.
Breathe Easy can be diffused around little ones from 3 years plus too!

Blossom with Roses:
As well as smelling delicious, Blossom with Roses can help to deepen and relax the breathing by using Rose Geranium essential oil – known for possessing natural relaxation properties.
Blossom with Roses works wonderfully to accompany meditation, hypnobirthing and mindfulness.

Calming Power with Frankincense & Flowers:
Calming Power aids in relaxation, blending rose geranium with lavender and frankincense.
This blends works really well for clearing your mind, getting you into a calm headspace and ready for hypnobirth practice.
The frankincense oil can support you with the birth itself, as it’s known to help release fear and balance the mind which helps with the transition phase of labour.
This combination also works well to melt away anxieties and calm you before a meeting / interview or stressful situation.

Dream Easy:
Dream Easy is our go to as a sleep aid, this works well to melt away stress and calm a busy mind, as well as creating a relaxed and sleepy environment.
Because it soothes your mind it’s fabulous for pregnancy insomnia, as during pregnancy we often have so many lists and to-do’s, so it’s great to wash away those thoughts and fall into a deeper sleep!
Dream Easy also works well for easing you back to sleep during the night feeds and acts as a quick and effective way to switch back off to sleep.
It can be used in baby’s room too as part of their sleep routine from 3 months plus.

Final Stage Clary Sage:
Our tension releasing Clary Sage blend is for full term pregnancy / labour due to the fact that Clary Sage essential oil can help to gently encourage and support natural surges by enhancing uterine muscles.
Its heady fragrance relaxes and balances the mind, easing things along when you’re in early labour so perfect for bringing into your birthing environment as a natural labour aid.

On the days when you just need a little more positivity in your corner, our mindful Positive Mind blend can fill your safe space with therapeutic, pure essential oils packed with joyful, uplifting and mood balancing goodness.
Rose Geranium is a mood lifting, nurturing and uplifting oil which fills the mind with a delicious floral dose of happiness.
Sweet Orange is packed with fruity, joyful, stress relieving properties and creates feelings of calmness and joy.
We combine these two gorgeous sweet scents with warming Frankincense to add a layer of balance and deep relaxation.

This botanical blend supports rest and recovery, at a time when you need it the most.
The postnatal period is a delicate time for both parents and baby, so we’ve combined essential oils that will help you focus on your recovery while gently entering the fourth trimester.
Balance the mind and rejuvenate with Neroli, uplift and energise with Lemon, and relax your muscles and mind with healing Lavender.

Revive with Citrus Vibes:
Revive is a light and fresh blend full of citrus oils that have been selected to awaken and boost energy, so it’s perfect for early pregnancy when you’re fatigued (it’s great if you can squeeze in a few naps where you can too!), but the revive blend will help to give you a quick energy burst.
The blend also contains essential oils that are known to help combat nausea symptoms, so great for easing waves of morning sickness- which we all know doesn’t just happen in the mornings!
Revive can work well again in later pregnancy when fatigue can creep back in again, then after birth if you’ve had a late night with the little one (or even a few drinks on your first night out as a new mum!!).
